Having graduated in BSc Sport science and Nutrition, at Oxford Brookes, I worked in London as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager for a large gym company for 3 years. Whilst loving the job I felt it didn’t complete my passion for learning about the mechanics of the human body and helping people with their pain management through injury.
Thus, I decided to return to education and graduated as a Chiropractor at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC) in 2007. I have worked at various clinics in the South and South East of England over the last 14 years gaining a wealth of clinical knowledge, experience and finesse of the Chiropractic Profession.
During this time, I got married, had two children and settled in the Havant area. Having gone through pregnancy it sparked my interest in Pre and post pregnancy Chiropractic care as well as Paediatrics. I continue to enhance my professional development and continual knowledge through various compulsory CPDs throughout the year with my continuing interests in pain management and rehabilitation through exercise.
In my spare time before having children, I was a keen cyclist and used to race and time trial. Nowadays I am more of a fair-weather cyclist and I love walking in order to keep me fit and healthy for the daily challenges my job brings, as well as being able to keep up with the endless energy of my children.
