I began my journey into holistic therapies in 1994 by learning Swedish Massage. I have since then continued developing my interest and knowledge by completing various qualifications including ICHT VCTC Level 3 in Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.

I have now expanded my interest and gained BTEC qualifications and specialising in Clinical Massage, Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, Myofascial Release and Postural Assessment. I take pride in my work and aim to get people out of chronic pain and provide a bespoke treatment for each individual client.
